‘Didn’t have to push too hard’ – Nathan McSweeney steers Australia A to victory with 123 in Puducherry

McSweeney ka Toofani Century: Puducherry mein India A ke khilaaf Australia A ki Zabardast Jeet

Cricket ke maidan par jab situation ekdum kharab ho jati hai, tabhi asli champions nikal kar samne aate hain. Puducherry mein khela gaya pehla unofficial ODI match is baat ka sabse bada saboot hai. Australia A ki team jab batting karne utri, toh unke fans ki dhadkane tez ho gayi thi jab team ka score sirf 104 run par 5 wickets gir chuke the. Pitch thodi bouncy thi, lekin India A ke bowlers ne itna pressure banaya ki Australia A ke batters struggle karte dikhe. Lekin phir maidan par aaya Nathan McSweeney ka wo tufani andaaz, jisne match ka pura rukh hi palat diya.

Mushkil Halat Se Nikal Kar McSweeney ka Shandaar Century

Jab Australia A ke batters ek ke baad ek out ho rahe the, tab Nathan McSweeney ne captain Will Sutherland ke saath milkar ek aisi partnership ki jiski umeed kisi ko nahi thi. Dono ne milkar 141 runs ki ek behtareen dosti dikhayi aur team ko sambhala. McSweeney ne ek dhamakedar 123 runs ki innings kheli, jisne Australia A ko 274 ke ek mazboot total tak pahuncha diya.

Ye unka List A cricket mein dusra century tha, lekin India ki mitti par unka ye pehla bada score tha. Unki is innings ki wajah se hi unhe Player of the Match ka khitab mila. McSweeney ne match ke baad bataya ki unhone Will Sutherland ke saath bahut achi samajh bana li hai aur unhone batting ke waqt bilkul bhi zyada pressure nahi liya. Unhone kaha ki jab zaroorat thi tab unhone runs nikale aur jab score set ho gaya, toh unhone game ko control mein rakha.

Northamptonshire Ka Form Aur McSweeney Ka Confidence

McSweeney ke liye ye safar itna asaan nahi tha, lekin unka pichla record unke kaam aaya. India aane se pehle unhone England mein Northamptonshire ke liye khelte hue kamaal ka perform kiya tha. One-day Cup mein unhone sirf 8 innings mein 485 runs banaye the, jiska average 70 ke kareeb tha. Unka strike rate bhi 95.7 tha, jo dikhata hai ki wo attack karne mein bhi maahir hain. Isi momentum ki wajah se wo India ke khilaaf itne confident nazar aaye.

Indian Spinners Ke Khilaaf Kaise Ladi Jung?

India mein batting karna kisi bhi overseas player ke liye ek bada challenge hota hai, khaas karke jab samne world-class spinners hon. McSweeney ne maana ki India A ke spinners bahut khatarnak hain. Is mushkil ka samna karne ke liye unhone apni technique mein thoda badlav kiya. Unhone bataya ki unhone apne feet ka istemal zyada kiya aur crease par thoda peeche rehkar khelne ki koshish ki taaki spinners ki spin ko achi tarah samajh saken. Unhone ye bhi kaha ki Will Sutherland ke saath unki partnership isliye bhi kaam kar gayi kyunki unka batting style ek dusre ko complement karta hai.

All-Rounder Roop Mein McSweeney Ka Jalwa

McSweeney sirf batting hi nahi, balki bowling se bhi game badal sakte hain. Jab India A batting kar raha tha, tab unhone apni off-spin se ek important wicket lekar partnership tod di. Unhone kaha ki bowling hamesha se unke game ka hissa rahi hai. Halanki unka bowling career abhi tak bahut bada nahi raha hai, lekin wo nets mein is par bahut mehnat karte hain. Unhone ye bhi kaha ki Australia ke muqable India ki conditions mein spin bowling karna unhe zyada maza de raha hai. Is performance ne ye saaf kar diya hai ki Nathan McSweeney ek future star banne ki raah par hain.
